How will you keep my property in good condition?
Our cleaning team professionally cleans and sanitises the property every 2-3 days. It's in our best interest to keep your property immaculately cleaned because our business depends on it.
Who are your guests?
We have corporate professionals and families who stay for business and leisure purposes. We have a strict vetting process to allow only quality guests.
Are you insured?
Yes, we ensure all of our properties with specific short-term rental insurance to cover any potential damage.
How do you prevent parties/bad guests?
We use different tools. With your permission, we install doorbell camera to ensure that there are no hidden guests. We use noise alarms to detect parties. We have a very strict vetting process where we collect passports, security deposits and T&C's signed by guests.
