Planning a trip raises lots of questions. Rest assured that we are here to answer all of your inquiries. We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions that we think will be of use to you. Read below, and if you have any doubts, please reach out.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
We absolutely adore our furry friends, but our establishment is not quite ready for their shenanigans. So, as much as it pains us, we cannot accept pets at this time. We hope can forgive us and still come visit us for some human-only fun!
ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
Don't worry, we won't hide the cleaning fee from you like a dirty little secret. You'll be able to see it loud and clear on our checkout page, along with the total price. We want to make sure you're fully aware of what you're paying for. No surprises.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to protect our business during busy times, such as peak season. If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 48 hours of reservation, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee and the notice period vary depending on the time of year, so please contact us for more information. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
