Scala Stays was built for the people who fall between hotels and long leases. Professionals, relocators and international arrivals who need a real home in London or any other UK cities without the friction.
We started Scala Stays after years of watching guests pay too much for too little — overpriced hotels for month-long stays, unreliable short-let platforms with hidden fees, or long leases that didn't fit their lives.
Today we manage a curated portfolio of furnished apartments across Zone 1 and Zone 2 in London. Every home is professionally cleaned, properly equipped and backed by a real team that picks up the phone.
We work directly with relocation managers, HR teams, contractors and international guests — and we welcome direct bookings from individuals too. No platform fees, no surprises.
